Sunset Cliffs, Ca

Just a quick note to say hello, & pardon my blogging absence, but I have been busy spending time with family & catching up with old friends. When I'm traveling for work, or living in another state, many months go by before I have a chance to see them again, so my time spent on the computer has been self-limited. After visiting with my Aunt  yesterday, I drove along the coastal route where I caught this gorgeous sunset & the surfers out at Sunset ClIffs. I used to live near here years ago & used to walk & jog along the Cliffs, so it's always nostalgic to spend some time here... and always nice to be by the ocean. Once I make the permanent move to New Mexico, I'll be landlocked, so I am trying to squeeze in a couple of "beach days" before I leave San Diego. I hope everyone is doing well, & I'll catch up with you all soon!

Beautiful sunset views Becky, but being landlocked isn't too bad either...your views from New Mexico were marvelous also!

What beautiful golden photos! Thanks for sharing them and putting a smile on my face this morning! I certainly understand you wanting to spend as much time with your family/friends and OCEAN time as possible before heading back to Santa Fe. I LOVE Santa Fe, but hey, I LOVE the ocean, too!

Golden California, indeed! Beautiful photos, Becky.

I have the sense that you will find beauty wherever you are. I was born next to one ocean and grew up next to another, but I find that the New Mexican desert meets my needs exactly now. I hope the same for you!

I am the same as Clairz, but just not to New Mexico yet.
Have fun, and as long as you have family on the coast, it will always be there for you.

All I can say is a big WOW ! These are stunning. Take a few more beach days ;-)

Enjoy your stay with family - much more important than sitting at a keyboard.

Hi Becky! Get plenty of ocean in as that is the thing I miss the most living in NM. Beautiful photos! When are you coming home?
